Very quick service. Got part and installed in one day. Cost $ 1,000 for less than an hour to change a $ 1.30 part. Would not recommend them again unless you want to be ripped off. Think I'm going to call them out to have the part removed. Paying restocking fees and labor to remove part, purchasing a new one myself and having it installed by someone else I should be able to save some money.

I have to give Jon and Travis 5 stars. With Mike Theils help , they replaced my failed furnace and got us back with heat! Highly recommend Air Serv!

They installed a 2-zone minisplit system in my VERY UNCONVENTIONAL house, drilling through metal walls and dealing with difficult routing of the supply lines. They did a beautiful and efficient job that complimented the architecture of the house. They were great to deal with and very responsive to my emails. Their price was also very competitive.

The technician was on time. Did a great job explaining the issue(s) he found and fixed my AC unit very quickly. When scheduling the appointment the young lady I spoke with on the phone was very helpful and easy to talk to. Also, the company was able to work around my schedule to come do the work.

I called Mike after seeing his advertisement on Nextdoor. He came out the same day to quote us for a new AC unit and schedule the install. He was extremely professional, educated, and friendly! Ashley, in the office, was wonderful to work with over the phone. Our technicians were Milo and Ramon, they did a wonderful job and treated my home and kids with respect. They were also very educated on what they were doing. The unit itself is larger and much quieter than our old one. I feel very secure in the quality of work that was done and I would recommend them to anyone. We will be calling Mike in the fall for a new furnace. A+ service!!

If you ever hire this company for service or installation of equipment, make sure you check and double check every last detail of your order. I have had two interactions with this company: 1. I bought a new A/C system from them. I had originally got a quote from another company, and I asked Aire Serv for a comparable offer for a 16 seer Amana system. They came in slightly cheaper so I went with them. Turns out they delivered a 14.5 seer unit and claimed it was 16 seer. I contacted them about this, and got an agreement over the phone for them to refunc $300. This was two years ago, still have not seen the check. Make sure if you deal with them to get EVERYTHING in writing, down to the last detail. 2. As part of the new A/C installation, they offered a free system checkup. I forgot to book this last year, so this year when I turned the A/C on it behaved a little weird (but still provided cooling), so I called them to come do a system check. Turns out they sent a guy on an after-hours emergency ticket to diagnose my problem for $159. Did not want to argue with him, so I paid him and said I would clear it up with the office, not remembering what company I was dealing with. I called them the next day (a week ago), left a voicemail explaining the situation and asked them to call back. No call so far. Conclusion: This is a company that will try to rip you off any way they can, with no sense of customer service. The only contact I will ever have with this company in the future is to attempt to get some of my money back. Customer beware!
