No me gusto al final el resultado de las fotos la persona que toma las fotografías es poco profesional no te explica de que manera te puedes acomodar y se vea mejor tu fotografías porque si tienes algo en pelo oh en diente no te lo dise solo las toma No ahí un espejo donde te puedas revisar tu mismo un poco antes de la foto muy apresurado toda la secion también

Took our six month old son to get his portraits taken and had a horrible experience. The people working here are kids that have no desire to be there, and it shows in their work. They sped through with zero patience and no attempt to get our son’s attention. Only two of the twenty-five photos taken turned out decent. The rest were blurry, had bad lighting, or bad framing. Paid $130 for a bunch of pictures that are much worse than the ones we’ve taken with our iPhones. We didn’t even end up getting the photos from Shutterfly because it’s not even worth it. Save your money and avoid this place.

I called ahead of time that I was late for an appointment. I was told by the associate that that only decreased my photo shoot time. I completely understood as it wasn’t their fault but mine. However upon arrival the associate was able to help me out at a different time same day, which I was glad she was even able to squeeze me in despite me arriving with hardly any time left in the apt. As far as the photo shoot, she was super professional and really kind! We took pictures with our puppies and she did a fantastic job getting their attention! Thank you.

Had an overall really good experience! They were very accommodating with our pup and kitty for a little family photo shoot. Make sure to look up coupons prior or when paying for the session. They don’t tell you about this option but there are plenty of good online deals. The staff were kind and everything went smooth!

Absolute joke. We have been here multiple times before and have had decent experience. The bunch of kids in the studio right now need training in photography, communication and customer service. I went 10 mins late for my session and was sent back. Next day I go on time and was made to wait for 20 mins, but hey we cannot complain. The pictures were horrible. My baby looks startled in all pictures from the loud squeaky toy the “photographer” used to get her attention. Pictures are out of focus and we’re not even looking at the camera in many pictures. Billing was wrong. I was told I get a free print since I am a member and I am charged 19.99$ + 9.99$ shipping for a picture I didn’t want in the first place. I just agreed since I was told it was free. Next day I call to ask about the bill thinking there was an error and the lady had the worst attitude. And now for a mistake on their end I need to drive all the way to return the picture to get the refund. And the rude behavior is unacceptable. And when I asked to cancel the membership I was told “you need to listen better” since they apparently told me it was not auto renew. Before I learn to listen better you need to learn a lot of things before you run a studio. Please train the “employees” for photography, customer service and clear communication. Oh and fun part is they say they spent three sessions worth time while the lady snapped pictures in less than 8 mins with literally zero effort. If their sessions are less than 5 mins long they need to reconsider their business.

Every year we go here to take our dog for his annual birthday shoot! They always do an excellent job and accommodate props for the photoshoot. Friendly staff, highly recommend! Also, heads up-they offer a Groupon discount !!

Got a Groupon for a in studio photo session with 3 Digital photos and a standard print. Went to the store with appointment and they did a good job of setting up the space and patiently taking photos. But the end results were not great. The photos are so normal and did not even look like a studio professional photography pics. When asked about the standard print, they said the max I could get is a 10x13 print and that too shipped for $10, which is not included with Groupon. Ridiculous! How can someone pay $10 for just one print shipping. I could get the same printed out in 30min for $5 at a Walgreens nearby. Not a great experience that I was expecting
