Just called the provided number to contact someone about senior portraits, and it is DEFINITELY A SCAM on the other line. It prompts you with something along the lines of "Thank you, you have just won a $100 gift card for Walmart. Please press 1 to connect to an associate." This place must be out of business as there is no provided location or proper number to dial. Beware of scammers!

If you love amazing energy, service, and someone with a "Golden Eye" then go see John Pratt. John took care of my wife and I from the very first phone call. My wife and I drove 3 hours to the area and got cancelled on by another photographer, I explained what happened to John and He explained that his schedule was full. Fortunately, he agreed to squeeze us in his schedule, when he definitely didn't need to. When we got to the studio, he treated us as if he knew us for years, great to talk to, and so easy to take directions from. Not once did I feel like I was a doll or prop from the storage unit. What was even more impressive is that they got us our pictures faster than I expected. My wife and I are grateful for the kindness and generosity John showed, and we'll be returning for more photos!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered my senior portraits almost 3 months ago and I still haven't received them. I ordered wallet photos and a big canvas picture. They told me that their expected time for orders to arrive was 6-8 weeks. However, it's been 11 weeks and every time I call they keep giving the same response of "it should be ready by the end of the week, we'll give you a call".

I had a great experience here while taking my senior portraits and received incredible custom service from all the staff here. However my 2 star rating is due to the fact that whoever was in charge of sending my picture to my school for yearbook and this years virtual graduation did not send in my photo and a number of other students’ photos as well. The whole point of getting the picture taken is to be displayed in the yearbook. On top of an already terrible senior year, this was the icing on the cake.

JP Impression was one of the best photo studios I've ever been to. The people were really friendly and funny. The waiting time wasn't that bad and I wouldn't want to take my senior portraits at any other place.

My daughter went in to take her senior portraits. Kelly was the person who took the photos and she was wonderful. She made us feel welcome. Cant wait to view all the pictures.

I have been trying to connect with anyone via phone or email( no response) from this studio to find out where my son's Seniors photos are Its been over 2 months and paid in full. What is going on
