Words cannot explain how amazing Samantha is! From her photography, to her professionalism, to her responsiveness, and her attention to detail, she went above and beyond what we had ever expected in a photographer.

I reached out to her 2 weeks before my surpise proposal at Catalina Island, we spoke via email and text on location and timing and she recommended an amazing plan to end the day with a proposal. When the day came, everything went exactly as planned and my fiance had no idea what was happening. She was caught off guard and we were able to get the most genuine reactions on photos. Samantha took us around Avalon and took the most breathtaking photos we have ever had. She told us how to pose, where to place our hands, how to turn our heads, but the best thing she did was make us feel comfortable, which in turn made everything feel natural and the photos showed that. These are definetely going to be used for the engagement shower and wedding. I would hands down reccomend her to anyone having photos, you will not be dissapointed!

I HIGHLY recommend Samantha!! I recently proposed to my (now) fiancé and Samantha had a big part in the reason it went perfectly! I reached out to her months before and told her my idea to propose on my birthday in Catalina. She was SO helpful in helping me pick out the right spot, with the timing, and even suggesting a romantic Italian dinner spot for after.
She caught so many great shots during the proposal and then took us around in her golf cart to a few other beautiful spots. The photos came out amazing!! We absolutely loved them and got so many compliments from family & friends. On top of all that, she is incredibly thoughtful and kind. I cannot say enough good things about Sam. My now husband and I booked her last-minute on the same week as we booked our pre-wedding cruise trip to Catalina Island and decided to have our engagement pictures done. I researched for photographers around the area and she was the most top rated and had the best looking gallery. I was amazed by her work and prayed that she can be available on a short booking, and lucky us, she was!

She was quick to respond to my email and was very helpful with tips on getting ready prior to our shoot. Meeting up with her at our location was a breeze, she picked us up and took us to the best spots around the island. She is very warm and friendly and even though my husband and I were both introverts, she made us feel very comfortable on doing poses and has brought out our fun-selves that reflected on our photos! I love the final result of our photo gallery and I think they are our best pictures yet if not ever!

We still feel very lucky that we get to book her, and my husband and I thinks that she was such a steal for the price she charges. It felt like paying for an incredible local tour guide that took amazing pictures of us on the best spots of the island. We would absolutely recommend her to everyone looking book an amazing photographer, and we wish we can book and work with her again in the future!
