I had water damage at my property due to a pipe overflow. My insurance company sent Servpro out to do some damage control. I’ve been working with Ally, Evelyn, and Jason from the Orange County office. All of them have been very nice on a personal level, responsive with communication, informative about the work that is needed, and very professional and prompt. Despite the unfortunate circumstances for which I needed their services, they’ve been a pleasure to work with!

I can't say enough what a difference it makes once Servpro is involved. The stress of the situation instantly gets better. The whole team, starting with the office staff is professional and they KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. Sadly, that is not always the case with other companies. Servpro is super responsive and genuinely care. And, they care about your property and take such good care of your stuff. They cover up everything and handle the breakables they may have to move, with care. Start to finish they take care of you. I so appreciate all they did for me. Made things so much easier during a really stressful time.

I had a water damage from my neighbor above me. They contacted their insurance company who contacted me to get a quote from a local company. I contacted Servpro of Santa Ana. A representative showed up to assess the damages on Dec 14, 2022. As of this date, I still have not received a quote from them. I have called them now about 7 times and they always promise to send the quote to me wish never happen. I don't know why I'm giving them all these chances when I really should contact a professional company. Update, Because of their inaction, the insurance company says they will not cover the damages because it has taken a too long time. SERVPRO of Santa Ana will now cost us thousands of dollars that would have been covered by Insurance if it wasn't for their unprofessional ways of running a "business".

Servpro was contracted through our insurance company after finding water damage in our house. Jason came out and set up fans and dehumidifiers in the areas that needed to be dried out. Even when our insurance was non-responsive, Jason checked in often to ensure the equipment was working correctly and that the areas were drying out as they should. Very good customer service!

Servpro, responded to a claim I submitted to my insurance. Jason the representative was, informative and knowledgeable and most importantly on time every single Time that he was at my house. I am very satisfied with their services specially the assistance provided by Jason and his co worker. Thank you

I am extremely happy that Servpro Santa Ana was able to come to our office on such short notice to offer there sanitizing services. I spoke with Juan on Wednesday and he was able to come with his teammate Tomas today early in the morning before we opened, so our business could go on uninterrupted. They were on time, extremely professional, and so quick! Since we are considered an essential business we are in the office Monday through Saturday, thanks to Servpro Santa Ana we won’t have to close and we can continue business as normal on Monday. ServPro did a great job fixing all of the water damaged areas in my parents' home. They were able to come out the same day I called and leave fans before we even had an insurance claim filed. Juan was especially helpful and stayed in touch throughout the process always making sure to address any questions or concerns promptly. I highly recommend using ServPro.

My agent referred me them and couldn’t believe they packed my house did they’re wall cutting, dried the framing and did the reconstruction.
